This Privacy Policy describes how Hangzhou Mile Express Co., Ltd. and its affiliates (including our Tianjin branch, Vietnam branch, and US subsidiary) collect, use, and share information about you when you contact us, request a quote, or use our services.

2. Information we collect

• Contact information — name, work email, phone, company name, role.
• Shipment information — SKU details, HS codes, origin and destination addresses, shipment value, FDA category if applicable.
• Regulatory information — FDA registration numbers, DUNS, PCQI certifications, label artwork submitted for review.
• Operational metadata — IP address, browser type, pages visited on 8express.cn.

3. How we use information

We use the information you provide to operate your shipments, file regulatory submissions on your behalf, communicate operational milestones, and improve our services. We do not sell your data.

4. Sharing

We share information only with: (a) U.S. Customs and Border Protection and FDA for required filings; (b) carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse partners required to execute your shipment; (c) legal authorities when required by law. SKU-level commercial detail is never shared with other clients or third parties.

5. Retention

Shipment records: 6 years (statutory). Marketing contact information: until you unsubscribe. FDA adverse-event records (where we are Responsible Person of record): 6 years per 21 U.S.C. §364.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time. EU / UK residents have additional rights under GDPR. California residents have rights under CCPA / CPRA. Email legal@8express.cn to exercise these rights.
